First of all, PVC profiled edge banding manufacturers no matter under natural light exposure or artificial UV acceleration condition, temperature is always accomplished in entire experiment, there are different temperature value on different color PVC materials, when white PVC edge banding is at 30℃ standard temperature, its surface temperature is 40℃, and in our daily life and operation, PVC edge banding temperature is lower than 30℃ mostly in natural exposure environment, color change of surface material is very small, so temperature affects little on white PVC edge banding light aging. In contrast, black PVC edge banding is at 30℃ standard temperature, its surface temperature is high to 70℃, color change is not big on surface material, so high temperature has slight influence on PVC edge banding light aging, at least human visual can not be identified.
Thus, when PVC edge banding is at a lower temperature (20℃ ~ 40℃), temperature change basically have no effect on PVC edge banding light aging, while at a higher temperature (60℃ ~ 80℃), temperature has some certain impact on PVC edge light aging, especially white, light color PVC materials.
In addition, container temperature may be high to 75℃ during PVC edge banding transportion or storage process, this causes color change on PVC material too, especially a long time of one month, even two months, it requires edge banding manufacturers should strengthen control of temperature condition, and remember that edge bandings can’t be exposed.
